To get players excited about the event, World of Warcraft revealed a launch trailer for the massive in-game celebration – but the video may have also teased an exciting development for fans. The trailer showcases many of the new activities and rewards players can find during the event, including the raid version of the Blackrock Depths dungeon from World of Warcraft and revamped Tier 2 sets. However, at the 0:16 mark, a character wearing what appears to be a purple recolor of the high-resolution Tier 2 Judgment armor for Paladins can be seen running towards the battle, indicating the new cosmetics may get different colors in the future. Tier 2 Set Recolor in WoW 20th Anniversary Event Trailer During The Burning Crusade, several of the iconic Tier 2 sets from Vanilla WoW received class-agnostic recolors. Some of these, like the pink Transcendence, orange Nemesis, or purple Judgment sets, are especially popular. The revamped Tier 2 World of Warcraft transmog ensembles are some of the headlining rewards for the 20th anniversary event, but this Easter egg could indicate their recolors might arrive sometime in the future.
